1 ) Where can I hire a car?
Car rental facilities are available from the Front Desk.
Our cars are with different models which suit your needs.

2 ) Are there Parking facilities?
Yes, there is a public parking near the hotel; it is a safe place to park your car in.

3 ) Are there a medical care when I need?
Yes, a doctor is on call round the clock, and there are emergency center near the hotel.

4 ) Do I need to buy all my things before coming to the hotel?
No, our hotel surrounded by a huge mount of shops with all kind of goods ready to be bought.

5 ) I am staying in another hotel can I join your tours?
Sure, you can do. You just choose the tour you request and tell us the name of you and your hotel and the tmie to start it then our driver will wait for you at the lobby of your hotel to take you and bring you to your hotel after finishing the tour.

6 ) I am a sport person where can I practice?
There are many sport centers near our hotel such as Golf, Boiling and Horse riding and more which you can join them easily.
All transportation is available.

7 ) I didn't reserve a taxi from the hotel but after arriving I want one what can I do?
You can call us from the airport and we will send you our driver to take you from there within 30 minutes maximum.

8 ) Where can I get a taxi?
From the Front Desk we can organize you a taxi to take you to tours or to the airport and by emails you can reserve for a taxi pick up from the airport all have fixed charges.

9 ) Is it safe to walk in Amman at night?
Yes ,it is safe to walk in Amman at night or at day it is the same.

10) Can I rent a car and drive it in Amman' streets?
Yes, you can it isn't so crowded as they said only at the work time in the morning.

11) If I want to do a trip and want to leave my luggage where can I put them?
You can leave them in our hotel and we will keep them for you at a safe room for free charge.

12) Do I have to change my money before my arriving?
No, you can change them after your arrival there are places for changing currency near the hotel or we accept the payment with USD.

13) Do you accept to pay in Credit Cards? which one?
Yes, we accept to pay in Credit Cards such as Visa and Master Cards.

15) Are there rooms for non smoking people?
Yes, there are rooms for them to feel comfortable.

Yes, there is a comfortable room for using internet easily around o'clock with fixed charges.

17) When the check in and the check out?
Check in time is at 9:00 am and the check out is at 12:00 noon.

Yes, we can book you in the hotels there and even arrange your movement there like camping trekking, walking or climbing.

No, most of people speak good English and our staff and driver speak English as well as.

20) If I want a tour but I want to change some sites can I do that or it is fixed?
No, you can do it but you have to tell the Front Desk to help you and arrange it for you
